Attending the judgement at JCS
The court will hear this case in courtroom D in the JCS. All parties who have an ongoing role to play in the proceedings will be seated in that courtroom. It is, however, not large enough to accommodate all interested parties and media. When you attend at the JCS, you will be seated in one of the rooms immediately adjacent to courtroom D. From there, you will be able to watch and listen to what is happening in courtroom D via a livestream.
Should you wish to attend the judgement, you will need to register. You may register by Sunday, 16 October 2022 at the latest. You may use the Register button below to do so. If you do not register, you will not be accredited and will, therefore, not be able to attend the proceedings. The judgement will be conducted in Dutch and simultaneously interpreted into English and Russian.
If your registration is approved, you will be notified no later than Thursday, 3 November 2022 that you have been accredited to attend the judgement. The order in which registrations are received does not determine seat allocation. Your accreditation is strictly personal and therefore cannot be transferred to another person. Should another person wish to attend the proceedings, they too will need to register using the button below.
