We will upload the usual information for the media with the names of the suspects, court opening hours and the indictment (289 and 168 criminal code) Monday 2 March 2020 at 9:00 AM to the so-called file mailbox on www.rechtspraak.nl and on Friday 6 March 2020 to inspect at the press centre at 13:00 hrs. The full writ of summons is announced by the Public Prosecution Service during the trial.
The file mailbox is a secure environment for journalists where they can take note of planned lawsuits and the parties involved. As it contains privacy-sensitive information, a journalist must request permission to have access to this information. That is why we created the possibility for those who do not have access to view the documents during the opening hours of the press centre.
We place the role in the file mailbox, because it is the standard procedure. The information that is posted has already been announced by the Public Prosecution Service at an earlier stage.
